  4.     'The Magician' is inspired by the Major Arcana card (Tarot) of the 
  5. same name.  It incorporates all of the major symbolism with one exception, the 
  6. Magician himself (or herself).  This is to symbolize the viewer taking an 
  7. active role in the piece, becoming the Magician, the balancing force between
  8. the worlds (here the world of binary information and the analog world).
  9. It was used in a promotional music video for an A/V firm in Southern 
  10. California also titled 'The Magician.'

  13.     'The Magician' was created in Lightwave 2.0 using a Toaster-fueled
  14. A2000.  With a GVP 030, rendering time was a little more than an hour.  All
  15. the objects and textures were hand-crafted by me with the exception of the 
  16. image map of Britton Revere's 'Apollo,' the framed painting in the background.
